From Your Leads (Your Customers)

- Communication history within the CRM

- To provide the services outlined in your agreement

- Subprocessors necessary for service delivery (GoHighLevel, Google, Meta, CallRail, Stripe)

5. Client Data Ownership
Client owns all accounts and data. Upon termination of service, client maintains full access to their GoHighLevel CRM, Google Ads, Meta Business, and all customer data. We will assist with data export according to our standard process.

Our website uses optional analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, to understand site usage and improve our marketing. Analytics storage and optional advertising tracking activate only after you accept analytics preferences. You can update that choice at any time.
