  • Brand voice preferences and communication guidelines

From Your Leads (Your Customers)

  • Names and contact information (phone, email)
  • Service requests and inquiry details
  • Communication history within the CRM
  • Appointment and job status information

2. How We Use Data

  • To provide the services outlined in your agreement
  • To generate weekly performance reports
  • To optimize marketing campaigns and ad targeting
  • To send automated follow-up communications on your behalf
  • To maintain and improve our service infrastructure

3. Data Sharing

OfficeFlow does not sell client or customer data to third parties. We share data only with:

  • Subprocessors necessary for service delivery (GoHighLevel, Google, Meta, CallRail, Stripe)
  • Service providers bound by confidentiality agreements
  • When required by law or legal process

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Client Data Ownership

Client owns all accounts and data. Upon termination of service, client maintains full access to their GoHighLevel CRM, Google Ads, Meta Business, and all customer data. We will assist with data export according to our standard process.

6. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses optional analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, to understand site usage and improve our marketing. Analytics storage and optional advertising tracking activate only after you accept analytics preferences. You can update that choice at any time.
